Take care on what you say and hear...!

At times, we say things we come to regret later on - on same day, sometimes!
At times, we hear peoples cursing us, without any reason at all!
At times, we ourselves curse others (what a shame!)!
At times, we are out of our minds and anything might come out of our lips...!
Well, it is time enough we might have better control of our spirit/soul/mind/tongue!
